This amazing video was produced by the Environment Agency. It is an example of a scheme that has the potential to transform our area. The Environment Agency is working with Coast to Capital Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), Adur District Council and West Sussex County Council to reduce the risk of flooding to Shoreham-by-Sea and Lancing. Construction of the extensive improvements to the flood defences will begin in spring 2016. These works are subject to approval of both funding and planning permission.
