You may be aware that Adur Council is again advertising the Beach Green toilet block site as a development opportunity. The Forum Committee have prepared a Draft Planning Brief which sets out the views of local residents about the future development of the site. Crucially it provides the evidence to substantiate the view that the local community needs and wants more than just a public toilet incorporated in the building. The need is for a building that will be both a commercially viable café and a community hub.
